Cupping

Therapy

Experience the ancient "reverse pressure" technique that lifts tension and accelerates healing from the inside out.

Decompress, Detox, and Relieve

  • While most massages use compression (pushing down on tissue), Cupping Therapy uses decompression. By creating a vacuum with specialized silicone or glass cups, we gently lift the skin and superficial muscle layers. This suction pulls fresh, oxygenated blood into the area, breaking up stubborn stagnation that traditional massage sometimes can't reach.

    • Myofascial Release: Stretches the fascia (the "shrink-wrap" around your muscles) to resolve deep-seated stiffness.

    • Enhanced Circulation: Rapidly moves metabolic waste out of the tissue to reduce inflammation.

    • Respiratory & Immune Support: Often used to help clear congestion and stimulate the lymphatic system.

  • The circular "bruises" (actually called petechiae) are a normal part of the process. They aren't painful; they are simply a sign that stagnant blood and toxins have been drawn to the surface for the body to process. Most marks fade within 3–7 days.
