Welcome to Deep Relief Spa. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your session.

1. Professional Services & Scope of Practice

Our therapists are Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) or certified professionals.

  • Therapeutic Intent: All treatments, including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Pain Relief Therapy, are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any illicit remarks or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund and a permanent ban from our facility.

  • Not Medical Advice: While our treatments aid in recovery and pain management, they are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service to all our clients, we maintain a strict scheduling policy.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time. The full value of the booked service will still apply.

3. Health & Safety Disclosure

Your safety is our priority.

  • Client Responsibility: You agree to disclose all known health conditions, allergies, and medications. This is especially vital for specialized treatments like Pregnancy Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Waxing.

  • Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse service if a therapist determines that a treatment may be unsafe due to a specific medical condition (e.g., fever, contagious skin rash, or recent surgery).

  • Waxing Services: Clients using Retin-A, Accutane, or similar skin-thinning medications must disclose this prior to any waxing service to avoid skin damage.

4. Minor Policy

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • A parental consent form must be signed on-site before the session begins.

5. Payments, Packages, & Gift Cards

  • Payments: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept most debit cards and cash payments.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of the appointment.

  • Packages: Multi-session packages are non-transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

By booking a service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with massage therapy and bodywork. Deep Relief and its staff shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All intake forms and health histories are kept strictly confidential and are used solely to provide you with safe and effective treatments. We will never sell your data to third parties.
